How often do you hangout with your friends? Movies are a fun way to hang out with friends or see new movies. Many people enjoy going to the movies, which makes us wonder what movies should people go to and what movies are popular. Horizon students took a poll on the movies to find out how often people go. One of the questions in the poll was have you been to the movies in the past month. Out of the 307 responses, 61.9% said they have been to the movies in the past month. That is a majority proving that going to the movies is quite popular. Only 38.1% did not go in the last month. 

Some of the most popular movies include: Inside Out 2 with 51 people going to that in the past month. Next is Twisters with 42 people responding with that as the movie they went to. After that the amount of votes went to Deadpool with 27 people attending a Deadpool movie in the past month. Despicable Me had 22 people, and finally Beetle Juice with 10  people. There were a few other movies as well, but those were the most popular. 

As a source of information we went to the movies ourselves. The movie we went to was Trap. We thought it was an okay movie even though it wasn’t our first choice. The movie Trap was about a dude who is wanted for his crimes and he has a daughter who likes this music artist's music, so they try to lead him in to catch him. This man is smart though and half the movie is of him avoiding the police and many swat teams.  He tricks them till the end where he  is found out and, it's a man chase. He slips into the crowd of people and goes back to his house where his wife is. His wife convinces him to eat a piece of pie. Then he was tricked by an old woman pretending to be his mom, so he walked forward and he was tasered.

Fletcher Ronning said his favorite part was, "when he picked the lock in the police transport after he was arrested." Gavyn Nelson said his favorite part was when, "they started playing the music at the concert.” Trap didn’t get any votes on the survey, but we would rate the movie 4 out of 5 stars, so it’s one you might want to check out. 

 There's a lot of good movies out there we would recommend you going to trap. Or going to what fits you best. Movies will always be an easy way to hang out with friends and see new movies.
