Papa’s Pumpkin Patch is a must do fall activity in Bismarck. There are many fun activities and games for all ages. Papa's Pumpkin Patch opened September 8th and will be open until October 19th. It is located at 5001 Fernwood Drive Bismarck, ND. This will be the 41st year that Papa’s Pumpkin Patch has been open.
Papa’s Pumpkin Patch has tons of activities such as the bale maze, slide mountains, human foosball, yard arcade, ziplines, swings, and the nature trail. These activities are open all the time and are free to do however, admission is $8 per person to get in, and free if you’re 2 or under. Other activities available are the pumpkin cannon, slingshot, mini golf, pony rides, and wagon rides. These are open on weekends and Thursday nights. Some of these activities, you may have to pay for in order to do.
Some of the top activities for middle schoolers are the bale mazes, corn cribs, slingshot, mini golf, nature trails, pumpkin cannon, and slide mountains. Paxton Roller, an 8th grader on team Phoenix, quoted “The bale maze is a fun activity and lived up to my expectations.” Over 50% of the Horizon Middle schoolers that took the survey said that they’re going to the pumpkin patch this year. Most go for fun while others go to get pumpkins, or as a family tradition. Others also go to get the food there such as the pumpkin cookies and pumpkin pie.
Make sure to check out Papa’s Pumpkin Patch before it is too late. It doesn’t matter if you go for the pumpkins, the food, the activities, or just to walk around, make sure to go and have fun.
