Former IBM Campus to Lithium-Ion Battery Plant
Endicott, NY
An IBM factory turned Superfund Site in Endicott was at risk to become a Lithium-Ion Battery Recycling Plant. The residents in the surrounding community organized to protest and oppose the facility, ultimately preventing the plant from taking over due to safety concerns about emissions.

East Orosi, CA
East Orosi is a small town in California of about 700 people who can’t drink, cook with, or shower in their tap water. For over 25 years, the residents have to travel outside of East Orosi to get clean water while still paying bills for their nitrate contaminated water.
