Note: You must register for the exam in order to receive 5 bonus points added to your semester average in your AP class. For semester 2, you will receive an additional 5 points added to your final grade if you take the exam.
Students who qualify will receive a $33 discount on each AP Exam.
Students who are either enrolled in or eligible to participate in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) qualify for the AP Exam fee reduction on all AP Exams that they take in a given year.
Eligibility Requirements:
Students are eligible for free or reduced-price meals
Family’s annual income falls within the Income Eligibility Guidelines set by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food and Nutrition Service (see chart below), or
the students are categorically eligible or directly certified without application for free school meals because they are:
in households participating in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR), or in some states, Medicaid benefits, or
homeless, migrant, runaway, or in foster care, or
enrolled in a federally funded Head Start Program.
Accommodations: If you have a documented disability, you may be eligible for accommodations on the AP Exams such as: Extended time, Large-type exams, Large-block answer sheets, Permission to use a braille device, computer, or magnifying device, A reader to dictate questions, A writer to record responses, A written copy of oral instructions; as well as other accommodations.
You must request accommodations from the College Board Services for Students with Disabilities office.

You are your own best advocate for ensuring that you receive the testing accommodations you need; this means that you are also responsible for following through on the required procedures. Discuss your needs with your SSD coordinator as early as possible before the deadlines, and then confirm with them that everything has been submitted. You share the responsibility for ensuring that your accommodations request has been submitted — and approved — and that you will receive the accommodations you need.
