About myself (childhood and family):

I grew up in Ohio, same town as LeBron James, Akron. I taught 7th grade math Cascade for 4 years as soon as I moved to Oregon. I got married to the best human on the planet two years ago and three weeks ago we had our first child Charlie.

About my education:

Throughout grade school, I disliked math class because how boring it was, that is why I became a math teacher. I went to Ohio University and University of Akron for my masters.

My hobbies:

I love the outdoors, that is why I moved to Oregon. Some of my favorite things to do outside are all the sports, hiking, biking, walking, anything in the water (floating, swimming), camping, anything. Other hobbies I enjoy are traveling, being with friends, cooking, gardening, reading, watching movies, learning, philosophy, psychology, communication, social justice, and now learning to be a good dad, husband, and human.
