Poultry Judging

*2026 Update*

The Poultry Contest will consist of:

• Carcass/parts grading

• Egg interior grading

• Egg exterior grading

• Parts ID

• Further processed products evaluation; and

• A written test

**2026 LOCATION CHANGE**

The Poultry Judging Contest will take place at the Bear River High School Ag Building.

Garland UT 84312

(This is the same location as the Ag Mechanics contest)

Since school is still in session, there is no bus parking available at this location and small vehicle parking is very limited. 

Please drop off compeditors at the ag building by using the driveway on the south side of campus, turn right at the stop sign. Drop off at the sidewalk that leads to the front doors on the north side of the ag building (brown brick building). Busses can continue north between the bleachers and main building to exit. 

It will also be important to be respectful of classes that are taking place in the ag building.  Contestants will have access to the restrooms, but should remain in the shops for the duration of the contest otherwise.
