7:00pm Ridge High School PAC
The evening will include a presentation from our faculty along with a student panel sharing their experiences and answering questions we have received from the community about social media and technology, communication, culture, and kindness among peers. This presentation is recommended for parents and students in grades 6–12, and we strongly encourage parents of younger students to attend as well, as the topics discussed are highly relevant to what students are experiencing as they grow up in today’s digital world. Due to the nature of the content, we ask that students under grade 6 do not attend.

Restoring Focus: Dopamine, Devices, and Decision Making: The Playbook for Restoring Focus
7:00pm-9:00pm - Ridge High School Cafeteria
Join us for an interactive evening featuring a dialogue among administrators, teachers, parents, and students on the impact of devices on focus and decision-making. As part of our Restoring Focus initiative, we will share insights from our work in digital literacy, cell phone and social media use, and artificial intelligence, along with district data on student screen habits. The evening will include collaborative discussion and practical strategies families can use to support healthier habits at home. This session is geared towards grades 6-12 and is being held in-person with the option to join virtually.
