We need system change, but that doesn’t mean that individual action is worthless. We are actors within the system, so we have the power to change it.
Everyone has a stake in creating a sustainable future. Seek out your place in it. Recognize your power, and act on it.
Be aware of the realities of our world and the climate crisis we are in, but be cautious of climate anxiety and burnout. If you want to practice sustainability for the long haul, make sure to practice sustainability with yourself.
