Overview
Are you feeling your stress creep up on you? Don't know what to do? Try the heart rate sensor! This wearable device monitors your heart rate using an optic sensor and alerts you when your heart rate is too high with vibrations employed through a haptic motor. The device also includes a stress ball that you can use to release any pent-up stress!

Voltage Regulator
A Linear Voltage Regulator is used to step up 3V source to 3.3V to match powering needs of the ESP32
