Overview:

This project uses RF circuit to build a Heart Rate Monitor using a reflective PPG sensor

Description:

Our Heart rate monitor consists of 3 main components, a reflective PPG sensor, an ESP-32 for processing, and a LED display for output. The signal from the sensor gets sent to the ESP through filters and is then output to the LCD. The reading allows the user to know what their heart beat is at that very instantaneous momment.

Features:

• Reflective PPG sensor which allows you to touch the sensor and get your heartbeat non-invasively

• Output the beat on an intuitive LCD Display

Problems and Future Fixes

• We faced issues while wiring up the LCD display so maybe using a digital display might be better in the future

• We will continue iterating so we can make this circuit smaller and make it better
