The Academic Senate and UC Berkeley's Administration have developed the following guidelines to help instructors respond to students who become ill.

Cal's main portal: links to the remote Instruction Guide, tools/resources to support digital learning, upcoming workshops, equipment requests, and instructional resilience checklists/best practices for instructors and students.

This Hub contains a curated set of training guides on remote instruction tools, best practices created by GSIs, support options for GSIs, and relevant campus policies and resources.

An extensive guide on how to develop asynchronous instructional materials, foster student-to-student interaction, and reimagine assignments and exams for a remote format.

The purpose of support resources and academic accommodations is to ensure all students have a fair chance at academic success. These resources are for everyone; students have a right to use them, and instructors should be familiar with them.
