In collaboration with Cal Cameron Institute, the Special Olympics of Northern California, and Exceptional Sports (e-sports), Cal Football Players Myles Williams, Jack Endries, and Fernando Mendoza are proud to invite athletes and students ages 6-13 to the 2nd annual Golden Buddies Football Clinic on May 4th. This free clinic will allow local students with and without intellectual disabilities to participate in a day of fun and football drills at Cal Memorial Stadium. Campers will get to connect with the Cal football players who will be running the stations, encouraging and empowering the athletes.

The Golden Buddies Football Clinic was created in 2023 by Cal Football Alum Matthew Cindric and current Cal Football team member Myles Williams. In collaboration with Special Olympics of Northern California and Exceptional Sports (E-Sports), Matthew and Myles, along with 40 of their teammates, welcomed over 50 local youth to Cal Memorial Stadium on July 15, 2023, for a day of fun, connection, and community collaboration.
