Here is a step by step guide on getting started with Behavior Interventions
Are you joining us as an intern/practicum student? Click here
Step 1: Set-up your ADP Account!
Keep an eye out for an email from ADP Workforce Now. The email will provide you with two codes you will use to authenticate and create your ADP Workforce Now account with Behavior Interventions. From there you will be prompted to enter pertinent information to initiate your onboarding with our team.
*SAVE your username and password as you will use this login to upload your onboarding paperwork. Additionally, this will be your login information to access payroll information, benefit enrollment, time off details and other pertinent information once you officially start in your new role.
Step 2: Complete our candidate interest form: this helps our team best understand what days/times and specific work criteria you are looking for.
Please click the state in which you plan to work in below to complete this short form. (BCBAs do not need to complete this step)
New Jersey (South): click here
New Jersey (Central): click here
Pennsylvania: click here
Delaware: click here
Step 3: Review and compile your state specific paperwork requirements (see tabs above under your state for paperwork)
ALL state specific clearances must be dated within 1 year. See checklist for details.
We recommend scheduling appointments for your federal finger printing first as results can take several weeks to be returned to applicants; followed by completing state criminal background checks.
ALL paperwork must be submitted within two weeks of accepting your offer unless a shorter timeline for submission was provided. If you are waiting on confirmation of clearances or are unable to submit paperwork within the timeline provided please contact your Coordinator who is supporting you through the selection and onboarding process.
Step 4: Review and complete all additional employment paperwork including: updated resume, trainings, etc.
Step 5: Submit paperwork:
Paperwork is accepted via electronic submission to your ADP Workforce Now account.
Click here to sign-in to your account. Your username and password were created by you when originally accepting an offer of employment. If you did not create your account already and did not receive an email notification from ADP prompting you to verify your information and begin onboarding in ADP: check your spam mail, notify your Coordinator if you are unable to locate the email.
Note:
Documents are requested in PDF format. Need support in getting your paperwork uploaded as a pdf? Click here for a how-to video
Step 6: Prepare!
Candidate paperwork will process within 48-72 hours of submission of complete employment packet
We recommend you review our policies & procedures tab that includes information on HIPAA/FERPA regulations, professional recommendations, staffing and billing procedures to prepare ( linked here )
