ingredients:
manteca de puerco- 4.4 pounds
manteca inca
Salt-5 table spoons
flour- 9.9 pounds
eggs- 5; 2 with no yolk
Baking powder-3 table spoons
water- as necessary to mix
Steps:
mix Inca in till it becomes soft
put manteca de puerco
put salt and flour
flour/eggs
Water
Put in fridge for a day
*1 day later
Mix till soft
Make balls
Flatten the balls out and add stuffing
(stuffing could be mole rojo, mole verde, strawberry jam, etc)
