SUPPORT OUR FUNDRAISER

On Wednesday, August 30th, the Ankeney Band will be kicking off their annual Capital Campaign. A capital campaign is essentially a donation drive to raise funds to support our band. This is the only fundraiser that Ankeney's band will do all year! The money raised is used to purchase new instruments, maintain and clean old equipment, bring in guest clinicians, and purchase music or anything else our program needs to survive. This fundraiser is optional for students but we hope that everyone will participate as we are all part of this awesome program and we are all a part of it's success.

Collect donations - These are great because they are 100% profit for us!



Timeline

Students can begin collecting donations on Wednesday, August 28th. All donations will be due on Wednesday, September 27th. Note: We can technically take donations at any time. However, only donations submitted by 9/27 will be used for class and individual rewards.

Donor Incentives

While donations can certainly come from friends and family, a capital campaign is also a great opportunity for us to partner with local businesses. The Ankeney Band believes in supporting our community as they support us! We are proud to be able to offer several incentives to our donors as part of our capital campaign. If you have connections to a business, please feel free to reach out to see if they would like to be a sponsor for our band program!
