After freshman year Marletts class I had always thought that for the rest of my high school career, history classes would all be games and fun, but to my surprise the only history class that was full of games was Mr. Marletts. Even though sophomore year history with Ms. Arganza did not consist of games, I still really enjoyed the class, and I also became very close with Ms. Arganza. Her class was heavily project based which was perfect for me, because I never have been a good test taker. While I loved all of the projects, most of them were on paper and were turned in, so instead of discussing an artifact I can not show off, I instead want to discuss part of our sophomore year go night project which consisted of finding an interviewee, and interviewing them. I am choosing this as the sophomore history artifact, because we often worked on go night presentations in this class. After the interview we were asked to work together to create a slideshow about the interview process and the interview itself.Â
