Reception

This week in Reception, we continued to explore our inquiry into how sharing ideas and beliefs helps us to understand each other's emotions. The children enjoyed using clay to create expressive sculptures that portrayed different emotions, and worked collaboratively to make colourful collages. In phonics, we focussed on the phonemes /m/ and /d/, practising how to recognise, say, and use them in simple words. It has been a thoughtful and creative week of learning!
