Hurricane Helene brought many challenges for our families in the North Buncombe District and in WNC. Please remember your Black Hawk counselors are here for support in a variety of ways. Please reach out for resources for your home, clothing, mental health support, or community information. If we do not have the answers...we can help direct you to other organizations.

BCS offers many services and supports to students with the help of our school counselors, psychologist, social workers, and other specialists. In the event of an urgent need at home or in the community, BCS main website provides information and resources that may provide additional help to students and families to improve their health and wellness.

Need a Driver's Eligibility Form?
Please complete THIS FORM 24 hours before coming to the school.
Upon successful completion of a Driver Education program, the student may obtain a Driving Eligibility Certificate from the school once adequate academic progress has been verified by the school.
The student must have passed three out of four classes the previous semester.
Please fill out this forms 24 hours prior to when you plan to pick up the completed Driver's Eligibility Certificate and we will have the form ready to sign and pick up at the end of the 24 hours.
