Do you need a copy of your transcript? File out THIS FORM

If the college you are applying to is requesting an UNOFFICIAL transcript, please complete THIS FORM.

If you are applying to colleges through Common App, your counselor will be notified to send your transcript to that specific college.

If you complete an application through CFNC, your transcript will be sent with your applications through CFNC.org.

If you would like to email or mail an OFFICIAL transcript, please complete THIS FORM.

GRADUATED WITHIN THE PAST 2 YEARS

If you have graduated within the past two years, you may pick up an official paper transcript in the NBHS counseling department.

All alumni can order through CFNC.org (to send to NC colleges and universities only).

2 YEARS POST GRADUATION

All transcripts, after 2 years at the school site, are then uploaded to Parchment (a contracted agency with BCS) who will process those requests for a $15 fee, per transcript request and per school or employment agency.

Please note: We DO NOT fax transcripts. Transcripts do not list SAT or ACT scores. You must contact www.collegeboard.com or www.actstudent.org for scores.
