True Time, Time Sheets

For eLearning days, classified staff members who regularly use True Time for timesheets should continue to use True Time on an eLearning day. Staff should use/enter their normal hours on True Time during an eLearning day, and should check their BCSC email for learning modules via email the morning of an eLearning day. Modules may be used as a work/learning option. The BCSC Knowledge Base has resources and tips for accessing True Time, email, and more on an eLearning day.

About eLearning Days

An eLearning day is a virtual, online day of learning for students in all of BCSC schools. eLearning days take place due to school cancellations or closures as a means to make-up school. BCSC may also utilize eLearning days for specific schools or district-wide for student health and safety concerns. On an eLearning day, regular, face to face classes will not be held. In the event of an eLearning day, students and teachers will interact virtually to learn new material, complete valuable assessments, and interact online.

For scheduled school closure dates and information, visit the BCSC calendar on the BCSC website.

A new website has been created for the public for information regarding eLearning days. Consult this website for additional eLearning information, food site details, and more.

If you experience technical difficulty on an eLearning day, contact the BCSC eLearning Hotline at 812-418-0252.
