Open PDF file preview
Click 'Open with OrbitNote' or 'R&W Toolbar'
PDF annotation works in 'My Drive,' but not in 'Shared drives.' You must own the file, which cannot happen in 'Shared drives.'
When opening a PDF link from the web:
Click 'Open with OrbitNote' button
Click Google Drive button to add a copy to your Google Drive

Teacher creates a Google LTI assignment with the PDF attached.
Students must choose to open the PDF with OrbitNote.

Chromebook Screen Recorder: Students can record natively on their Chromebook, and files are saved to Google Drive.
Canvas Studio: City Schools has access to Canvas Studio within Canvas LMS. Staff can make unlimited videos and host them within Canvas or download them to host elsewhere.
Adobe Express: Express provides screen capture, simple video editing, and other video utilities, like generating animated GIFs. City Schools users should access Express in Clever!
Mac Quicktime: Simple screencasting software with basic editing tools built-in.
