What does the slope of a d vs t graph show you? VELOCITY (or speed)

Positive Slope = moving forward at a constant velocity

Horizontal Line (Slope = 0) means you are at rest (not moving v = 0 m/s)

Negative Slope = moving backwards at a constant velocity

Higher Slope (D) = Higher Speeds

Lower Slope (A) = Slower Speeds

What does accelerating look like? Changing slope (aka changing speed) which is a curved line!
