If a player lands on one foot, that foot becomes the landing foot. They may step with the other foot or lift the landing foot, but must pass or shoot before putting the landing foot back down.
If a player lands on both feet at the same time, they may step in any direction with one foot. The foot left on the ground becomes the landing foot. They must pass or shoot before re-grounding the lifted foot.
Players must not:
Drag or slide the landing foot.
Hop on either foot.
Jump from two feet and land on two feet unless the ball is released before landing.
Fall to the ground and reground the landing foot.
