Orchestra

Broughal's Orchestra is welcome to all students who play a string instrument.  Students who play a brass, woodwind, or percussion instrument and want to participate in Orchestra may be added by Mr. Stoltz.  The Orchestra performs at school assemblies, annual concerts, and Music in the Parks - a competitive music festival held in the Spring at amusement parks across the country.  Furthermore, the Orchestra performs at numerous community concerts and sporting events such as the Lehigh Valley Ironpigs and the Lehigh Valley Phantoms.

Throughout the year, students will continue to develop their skills on their instruments and demonstrate proper performance technique and musicianship.  The Orchestra rehearses during Period 1, from 8:45 AM to 9:35 AM, every Tuesday and Thursday.
