Our New Teacher Induction (NTI) program is designed to support educators throughout their first three years in Bellefonte Area School District. The embedded document below outlines the meeting schedule for each NTI cohort.
Year 1 educators will meet monthly from September through May (no meeting in December). These sessions focus on learning the ins and outs of the district and exploring the foundational components of effective teaching and learning.
Year 2 and 3 educators will meet once per quarter as a combined group. Participants will engage in a collaborative book study designed to deepen reflection and support continued professional growth.
All meetings will be held in the High School Training Room from 3:30–5:00 PM on the dates listed in the document. We look forward to learning and growing with you throughout the year!
