Inductee Expectations

Participation in Bellefonte’s New Teacher Induction (NTI) program is a critical part of your early years in the district—and a required step toward earning your Level II certification in Pennsylvania.

While each year of the program looks a little different, all inductees are expected to engage in meaningful professional learning, maintain a reflective portfolio, and build strong mentoring relationships.
