This activity caused me to reflect on the types of activities that I include in my trainings. It is important to note that the goal is not to reach the redefinition level with every activity but to select the tech tool that best works to meet the learning goal.
In addition to providing dozens of useful apps and sites, the collaborative document also provides specific ways in which Google Tools are used by each participant. This information has been helpful to me when teachers have asked about resources that I have not used.
I had the opportunity to implement my final assignment during a district training following the course. I was pleased with the participation and responses of the teachers and staff members who attended the training. A few have continued to share positive photos and stories ever week or so during the school year.
