Task range:

• Checking orders for confirmation from the supplier, entering confirmation data into the system;

• Order management to adjust delivery dates;

• Obtaining missing certificates from suppliers;

• Communication with suppliers, the Central Warehouse and factories in Belgium regarding the status of orders and deliveries

• Scheduling deliveries in the GoRamp system

• Regularly preparing and updating reports on raw materials and packaging, delivery status, available stock, and expiration dates

• Preparing reports, summaries, and other materials according to the current needs of the team 

About you:

• You are a conscientious and creative person;

• You are available at least 25-30 hours a week;

• You absorb new information quickly;

• Strong communication skills

• Analytical skills and attention to detail

• You are an organized person who also works under time pressure;

• You have higher education in logistics/IT/you are currently studying in related fields;

• You speak English at a level that allows for free oral and written communication (at least intermediate level);

• You know basic formulas in MS Excel (knowledge of pivot tables or PowerBI will be an additional advantage);

• Experience in a similar position will be appreciated;

• Knowledge of SAP is advantage, but not required, we will teach you everything.
