In 1996, Barry Callbaut (BC) was established as a result of the merger of a French and Belgian company. Since then, we have been developing the world of chocolate and cocoa.
Yes, we supply the world with the highest quality chocolate and cocoa. You've probably had the opportunity to eat the chocolate we produce more than once, because one out of four chocolate products contains BC chocolate. Moreover, the world's most chocolate company employs over 13,000 people in 66 factories, 2 SSCs and a headquarters in Switzerland.
Thanks to 26 Chocolate Academies, we set trends and ensure that chocolate comes from sustainable crops by implementing the Forever Chocolate program.
