Hi! I’m Kaja, and I’ve been working at Barry since June 2024.
After finishing my master’s degree in Economics, I was looking for an internship with a slightly different
focus than my studies. That’s how I ended up in the Raw Material Planning team. 

After 9 months of internship, I gained the right competencies to work as a Raw Material Planner.
There’s no room for boredom here - there are many areas where I can grow and improve my skills.
I’m so happy I could take my first steps in Supply Chain here, and I know my journey is only just a beginning.

Hi, I'm Kinga, and I've been part of Barry since February 2023.
My journey began with an internship in the HR department while I was in my third year of Psychology studies.
After more than a year of gaining experience and growing in the role,
I transitioned to a full-time position as an HR Generalist in August 2024.
What I love most about my job is the amazing team spirit, the wonderful people
I work with, the flexible and supportive approach to employees, and the countless opportunities for personal and professional development.
I'm truly happy that after my internship, I had the chance to stay at Barry and continue growing in a field I've always wanted to explore. 

Hi, I'm Wiktor! I started working here in November 2022 as an intern in the P2P (Purchase to Pay) team. I was looking for a job related to Economics, and this opportunity was a great match with my studies.

From the beginning, I really enjoyed working here. Even when I took a six-month break for my Erasmus exchange in Porto, the team welcomed me back, which meant a lot to me
In February 2025, I was promoted to a full-time Accountant, which was a big step forward in my career.

During this time, I also finished both my bachelor's and master's degrees. I’ve met many amazing people, including my teammates and my team leader, and I’ve learned a lot from them. I’m happy to be part of this team and I want to keep growing here. It’s the perfect place to start a professional career. 

Hi, my name is Alina and I’ve been working at Barry Callebaut for almost a year now.

I began my professional journey with an internship in the Order to Cash department, where I gained experience in business operations.
After completing the internship, I join the team as a Junior Specialist.

Hi! My name is Karolina, and my journey with Barry Callebaut began in 2022, when I started working at the factory in Łódź as a Receptionist. In 2024, I took the next step in my career by joining the Master Data team as an intern, where I gained valuable experience and developed my analytical skills. In 2025, I officially transitioned to a full-time role as a Business Analyst in the Digital department.
