Yes, all our internships are paid.
The minimum duration of the internship is 3 months. After that, there is a possibility to extend it. There is no maximum time limit - you can stay with us as long as it makes sense for both sides.
Internships are based on a contract of mandate ("umowa zlecenie").
No, anyone can start their journey with us through an internship!
However, please note:
If you're under 26 and not a student, you may benefit from the young people tax relief (ulga dla młodych), which means you don’t pay personal income tax (PIT) - your PIT rate is 0%.
If you're over 26, your salary is calculated using the standard gross-to-net rules, which include taxes according to Polish law.
Usually it's necessary - we use English in daily communication in our company.
However, in some cases (especially internships at our factory in Nowy Józefów - Barry Callebaut Manufacturing), English may be not required. These offers are posted in Polish.
A CV is enough to apply.
A cover letter is always welcome, but not mandatory.
