Task range:
Candidate’s Responsibilities – Supporting the Logistics Administration Team in:
Analyzing and approving logistics costs and handling invoice
Managing cost documentation and transport-related claims
Ensuring data integrity in internal databases and the transportation management system
Preparing financial reports and conducting data analysis
Collaborating with the operational planning and finance departments
Maintaining close contact with the Customer Service department to ensure high customer satisfaction
Supporting the implementation of new tools to improve logistics operations
Identifying process optimization opportunities and improvements based on analysis
Achieving KPI targets for the entire logistics departmen
About you:
Perseverance, precision, and willingness to perform repetitive tasks
Accuracy and attention to details
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (at least: basic functions, pivot tables, basic knowledge of formulas, and the ability to apply them in practice)
Ability to solve problems independently
Teamwork skills and good communication
Data analysis skills
Proactivity, engagement, and willingness to learn
English at a minimum B1 level, preferably B2
