About 2020 Open Enrollment

Changes to Benefits in 2020

  • New Enrollment System: Your 2020 Open Enrollment will be completed in our new Payroll and Benefits System, UltiPro. This is access with your ACBL Gmail account & password at www.ACBL.UltiPro.com
  • New Benefit Deduction Schedule: In 2020 you will have your benefit deductions spread out to all 26 checks. This means you will see smaller deductions on each check. This does not affect land based salary team members who receive 24 paychecks a year.
  • New Flexible Spending Account Vendor: Flexible Spending Accounts will be administered by Discovery Benefits in 2020

Why you Should Complete Open Enrollment

  • We Need Beneficiaries for You: We could not transfer over your beneficiaries from our old benefits system so we need them for EVERYONE! Regardless if you don't elect voluntary life insurance, we need it for the employee company provided life.
  • Remove Unnecessary Surcharges: If enrolled in ACBL Medical you could pay up to $2,400 next year in tobacco and spousal surcharges, if you don't complete your enrollment! Enroll to avoid this!
  • To Elect your Flexible Spending Account (FSA): Your FSA does not automatically roll over year after year, you must reelect it.
