Every year you have an opportunity to make changes to all of your benefits for the following year. This opportunity, commonly known as Open Enrollment, is a chance for everyone to review their benefits and do the following:

Medical plans will cover Virtual Visits at 100% beginning January 1, 2021.
Group Accident through The Hartford will be enhanced for 2021
Wellness Benefit – Beginning January 1, 2021, if you are enrolled in this benefit you can submit up to two wellness claims to The Hartford and receive $50 per claim. If covering dependents, you can submit a total of four claims for the family (but no more than two per person).
Work-Related Injuries will be eligible for claims review and potential payment by The Hartford. Please review the 2021 Benefits Guidebook for a high-level summary of injuries eligible for claims under this benefit.
Identity Protection through InfoArmor will now be provided by Allstate. Only the name is changing; the benefit and cost will remain the same.
Short term Disability/Salary Continuance will now have a 5 day unpaid elimination period, meaning benefits will not begin to be paid until the 6th day of disability/illness.
We Need Beneficiaries for You: We could not transfer over your beneficiaries from our old benefits system so we need them for EVERYONE! Regardless if you don't elect voluntary life insurance, we need it for the employee company provided life.
Remove Unnecessary Surcharges: If enrolled in ACBL Medical you could pay up to $2,400 next year in tobacco and spousal surcharges, if you don't complete your enrollment! Enroll to avoid this!
To Elect your Flexible Spending Account (FSA): Your FSA does not automatically roll over year after year, you must reelect it.
