Submission evidence
WHAT DO I NEED TO SUBMIT?
A complete Personal Project has two elements:
The written report and/or recording (with evidence imbedded)
Academic Honesty Form (showing 3 meetings with supervisor)
You are not restricted to any single model for gathering evidence of your process. You are responsible for producing pieces of evidence that correspond to each strand of the three objectives
You may submit your report and evidence in any combination of documents and recordings that fits within the limits outlined in the table below.
You can submit just a written report or a combination of a written and audio/video recording, but not just a recording.
The limitations for the report are now in terms of pages, not word count which was in the previous guide. Certain font and margin specifications are provided further below.
Specifics for preparing the documents and recordings.
1. To ensure that the written part of the report is clearly legible, each page must have a minimum:
11-point font size
2 cm margins.
2. Evidence presented in images must be clearly visible at the size submitted.
3. Audio and video must be recorded and submitted in real time.
4. Visual aids may be used to support spoken reports. However, evidence and examples presented in the visual aids should be submitted as documents. Visual aids presented only in video format will not be considered for assessment.
5. The bibliography is uploaded separately and is not included in the page limit.
6. Please do not include a title page; if included, it will count towards the page limit
Oral, visual and multimedia reports must be recorded for internal standardization purposes and for possible submission for moderation.

EVIDENCE FOR THE IB
All of your work must be uploaded onto Toddle in PDF’s in the correct "Final Draft" column and labeled correctly as below:

(name) Product photos, video etc (if photos then best if its on a Google Doc then you can show a series of them otherwise only one picture can be uploaded and this must be under 5MB)

If you AND your supervisor have digital signatures attached, you just need to ensure that your candidate number is typed into the space on Toddle and MYPCo will auto-generate your form.
If you OR your supervisor have not agreed on digital signatures, get approval first from MYPCO, then scan and upload the form)
