This project is funded by the Strong Workforce Program, a legislative measure approved by the state of California's Board of Governors. It is administered by Doing What Matters from the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office.

Outline of the SWP metrics:

Number of course enrollments.
Number of students who receive a degree or certificate.
Number of students who transfer.
Number of students who are emploed in the 2nd and 4th fiscal quarter after exit.
Number of students with job closely related to field of study.
Median earnings in the 2nd fiscal quarter after exit.
Median change in earnings one year before and one year after exit.
Number of students who attain a living wage.
