Executive Director Position:

We're seeking an Executive Director to lead AWeSOMe! into its next chapter of growth. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a well-established, small-but-mighty nonprofit with strong community support, engaged volunteers, and families who love what we do. 

You'll work directly with an active Board of Directors to enhance programs, strengthen operations, grow our funding base, and position AWeSOMe! as a regional leader in adaptive sports.

You won't just manage—you'll be the face of AWeSOMe! in the community, a champion for participants, and an advocate for accessible outdoor recreation. If you're entrepreneurial, hands-on, and passionate about the outdoors and inclusion, this role is for you.
