Leadership Opportunites!
Executive Director
AWeSOMe! is looking for an inspiring Executive Director to lead us into an exciting new era of growth and impact. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of a well-respected, small-but-mighty nonprofit, fueled by strong community support, dedicated volunteers, and families who deeply value our mission.
In this role, you will partner closely with an engaged Board of Directors to elevate programs, strengthen day-to-day operations, expand our funding opportunities, and grow AWeSOMe!’s reputation as a leading force in adaptive sports across the region.
This is far more than a management position — it’s a chance to become the voice of AWeSOMe! in the community, a champion for our participants, and a passionate advocate for inclusive outdoor recreation. If you are entrepreneurial, collaborative, hands-on, and energized by the power of the outdoors to change lives, we’d love to hear from you.
