I graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2012 with a Bachelors in Instrumental Music Education. While there, I studied saxophone, piano and music composition. I was also the Drum Major of the Eastern Michigan University Marching Band.

I am really looking forward to starting the band program at GATE this year! For the past decade, I have been teaching primarily in Phoenix, Arizona. My experience in teaching ranges from Concert Band, to Orchestra, Jazz, Marching Band, Composition, STEaM, Guitar, Piano, General Music Cover Band, DJ Club, Pit Orchestra and Mixing and Sound Production.
