NEW FALL Testing Security Protocols

Testing Area: Your testing area should ONLY include your laptop/computer, keyboard, mouse, and any allowed testing materials. Prior to joining the session, remove all other items, including but not limited to books, office supplies, photos, personal items, and misc. clutter.
Phones: Students must bring their phone to the session. During the environment scan, students will be asked to show how to place their phones out of reach. If visual verification is not provided, the student will be removed from the session.
Reading Aloud: Students are prohibited from talking during the exam, reading aloud, or covering their mouths. Non-compliance will result in removal from the session.
Headphones: Students are not permitted to wear headphones at any time during the session. Closed captioning is available.

What type of exam do you need to schedule?

Regular Appointment Request

For registered ACC students enrolled in courses that require DL Proctoring services.

Note:This testing option does not include extended time, accessibility software, or scribes.

Testing Accommodations (SAS)

For ACC students with approved SAS accommodations.

Approved accommodations include: extended time, accessibility software, scribe, etc.

Acadeum Appointment Request

For Acadeum students enrolled in Austin Community College courses requiring DL Proctoring services.

Incomplete Appointment Request

For ACC students completing an 'Incomplete' course exam from a previous semester that requires DL Proctoring.

Appointments are first-come, first-served and fill up quickly.
Please book your session at least 24 hours in advance. We cannot accommodate same-day requests.
Schedule 3–5 days before your deadline to allow for unexpected rescheduling.
