The School to Work Alliance Program (SWAP) supports young adults with mild to moderate needs in employment.
SWAP helps youth build the skills they need to become competitively employed.
The program focuses on preparing students for successful outcomes in their jobs and communities.

Project Search
Project SEARCH is a school-to-work program for young adults who want to build employment skills.
Participants complete hospital-based internships and receive classroom instruction in communication, advocacy, and other workplace skills.
Each participant is supported by a job coach and receives help finding a job after completing the program.
The program runs August–May, Monday–Thursday, and is designed to be the final year of public education with the goal of competitive employment.
When to Contact
Students must apply before their final transition year, as eligibility ends when they age out at 21.
