Reach out to a local case management agency to learn about eligibility, timelines, and supports available during high school and after graduation.

Encourage your student to attend their IEP meeting, ask for help when needed, and begin taking responsibility for school-related tasks.
Plan ahead and keep records organized
Save evaluations, IEPs, and medical or service documents these will be required for adult services, employment supports, and postsecondary planning.
