Civic & Service Learning Hours Directions

1. Download the Non-School Sponsored Civic and Service Learning Form (below), or pick one up in the Counseling Office.  

2. Follow directions on the form, fill it out, and obtain all required signatures.

You can use this log to keep track of the number of hours spent at a single location.

★ Gold Medallion for 100+ hours
