CHECKOUT TIMES AND PROCEDURES
Checkout:
The library will be up and running on the second day of school, Thursday, September 8. Any student may come into the library to check out or in a book before school from 8:20-8:40 everyday

If you want to know what books you have out, sign in to Destiny
Click on Login at the top of the screen.
- Students click to "Sign-in with Google"
- IF NOT signed into Google, students will be asked for their Google sign-in (5 letters last name 3 letters first name 000 or 001
Click on the MY INFO tab
The books which are checked out will be listed here. A list of any fines will be shown here. There is also a list of books on hold and if they are ready.

HOLDS
Students also have the ability to put books on hold just as they would at the King County Library. They may do this from any computer with Internet access. Steps are as follows:
- Goto: http://destiny.auburn.wednet.edu/common/welcome.jsp?site=201 (Lakeland Hills Library Site)
- Click on Login at the top of the screen.
- Students click to "Sign-in with Google"
- IF NOT signed into Google, students will be asked for their Google sign-in (5 letters last name 3 letters first name 000 or 001
- Click on Catalog and find the book you are looking for. OR go to Destiny Discover in the left menu bar. (Students are shown this in library class)
- Click on the title of the book.
- Click on the word HOLD the book
- Give the Library 24 hours to pull the books and put them on the HOLD shelf located across from the checkout.
- Books are held for 10 days and then put back on the shelves.
- Books are due back in one week, but can be renewed.
- Students may check out up to 2 books at a time. (Kindergarten only check out 1)
