What are Educational Standards?

Educational standards are the learning goals that describe what students should know and be able to do at each grade level. At AST we use nationally recognized standards from the United States. These standards are one component of the curriculum.

The curriculum is a plan, designed by AST, for how students will learn the Educational Standards and how their learning will be assessed.
