What is the Summit Station of Greenland?

The Summit Station is funded by the National Science Foundation of the United States, supported by the US military, and maintained by the Polar Service. It is located 400 kilometers inland within Greenland, with an altitude of 3,200 meters. It is on the Greenland Ice Cap. The average atmospheric pressure is only 650 millibars, which is similar to the Yushan Mountain. The climate is very severe, especially in terms of temperature - the highest in summer is 0 degrees Celsius, and the lowest in winter is minus 65 degrees. Due to the high altitude and extremely low temperature, all the water in the atmosphere freezes, making the conditions very suitable for submillimeter-wave observations.
