Mindess School Band
Most Mindess band students will need practice at home on at least 4 days a week for about 30 minutes a day to keep up with the band.
Practice each song of the book in order. Don't go on to the next song until you have mastered the one you are on. How do you know when you have mastered a song? When you can play it perfectly along with the recordings below!

Band members are expected to perform at all band concerts. Band concerts are always held at the Ashland High School auditorium so it is very important students take their instruments and music home on the day of the concert because the middle school is often locked in the evening! Concerts are the culmination of months of classwork and it is very important all students attend and participate.
