Welcome to the American School of Doha! Being a proud parent and staff member for over 11 years, I am thrilled to welcome you to our vibrant community. As you settle into the American School of Doha, know that we are dedicated to providing a smooth transition for your family.

• Report Cards/Transcripts: Please provide your child’s official, final, and translated report card or transcript from their previous school. All documents must be in English and submitted to the Office of Admissions before the start of school.

• DragonCards: These cards are essential for campus access, cafeteria purchases, and minor transactions throughout the academic year. To have you and your family’s DragonCard ready for orientation, please upload a recent passport-sized photograph in JPG format (no larger than 800 KB) to admissions@asd.edu.qa.

• Qatar ID/Residence Permit: Please provide your family’s Qatar ID numbers as soon as you receive them so that we may update the Ministry of Education’s database. We do understand that this may take some time.
