August:

• Various Deadlines - Big Future Scholarships 

  • Strengthen Your College List due 10/31/26 

  • Start Your Career List due 11/30/26

  • Start Your Scholarship List due 11/30/26

  • Complete FAFSA between 10/1/26 and 2/28/27

  • Apply to Colleges opens 10/1/26

  • Drawings are held each month for $500 and $40,000 scholarships

• Will open soon - APS Varsity Scholarship

  • 💡 How to Enter: 

  • 1️⃣ Choose a category you've completed.

  • 2️⃣ Upload your completion document or photo.

  • 3️⃣ You can submit up to 10 entries (one per category).

  • 4️⃣ Deadline: TBD

• August 7th- APS students return to school

• August 15th- UNM application opens

• August 17th- UNM Fall term begins

• August 22nd- SAT Test Day (Register by  August 7)

• August 27th- CNM Learn how to be a successful Dual Credit Student Workshop 5:30-6:30pm 

• August 25, 27 and 28th- Senior transcript reviews/ Parchment Account Creation. Location- Library

• August 31st- CNM Fall term begins
