Parliamentary procedure, or "parli pro", is the system of debate formats, motions, and procedures that determine how a Model UN committee operates. This page includes the rules of procedure that are used at all of our conferences, including NMMUN and LoboMUN. At the bottom, there are some resources from other Model UNs around the country.
These rules of procedure were developed by the UNM World Affairs Delegation, and they are the standard that we use at all of our debate events.
Below are some other parliamentary procedure resources. They contain a lot of good information, but not everything is exactly the same as how we run things. Double-check with the NMMUN ROP for any differences.
