Wednesday, 11/19

Check in: 4:30 - 6 PM

Opening ceremonies: 6 - 7 PM

Session #1: 7 - 8:30 PM

Please exit the Roundhouse by 9 PM.

Thursday, 11/20

Session #2: 8:30 AM - 12 PM

Lunch: 12 - 1:30 PM

Session #3: 1:30 - 4:30 PM

Advisors will meet during session #2 in the House Lounge from 9 - 10:30 AM.

The Student Secretariat will meet during session #3 in the House Lounge from 2 - 2:45 PM.

Friday, 11/21

Session #4: 8:30 - 11:30 AM

Lunch: 11:30 AM - 1 PM

Session #5: 1 - 3 PM

Please take some time at the end of session #5 to clean up your committee room.

Closing ceremonies: 3:15 - 4 PM
