As a Physical Education & LifeFitness teacher, I strive to make classes a positive learning experience for all students. JMS PE strives to promote values such as accountability, understand and increase fitness, improve health and wellness awareness, and build appropriate teamwork and social skills. To build confidence to achieve better one's character.

PE Structure:
Students need 2 semesters of PE before leaving middle school in which electives prepare for High School.
Classes currently range 45 to 56 minutes long and are Monday - Friday.
The PE calendar explains the units for curriculum sequence, location of class, and reminders.
The week is themed that Mondays are for fitness, Tuesday - Thursday are for sports or weight training, and Fridays are for games.
